The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Address, Email address, Phone number, billing address, Company name and Credit/Debit Card Information (etc.)

NTS does not sell or share any information collected on its ntsafety.wpengine.com website with or to any third party companies, advertisers and or individuals.

OTHER REGISTRATION
You may be asked for personal information when registering for specific services. For example, if you register for an NTS training class, you may be asked to provide your e-mail, telephone contact numbers and mailing address.

ONLINE PURCHASES
NTS will ask for personal information when you make a purchase on our site or when you register for a Competent Person or Confined Space training class using the NTS online registration portion of this Site. HOW WE USE INFORMATION: NTS will use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. NTS will not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. NTS will use your return email address to answer the email we receive from you. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. NTS does use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Site. Finally, NTS will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

OUR COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, NTS has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to us. For that reason, NTS will never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.
