single-slide-rail-790
SINGLE SLIDE RAIL SERIES 790

This trench shoring system offers a slide rail with one single guide for the trench shoring plates. Trench depths of max. 3.80 m deep can be achieved.

double-slide-rail
DOUBLE SLIDE RAIL SERIES 750

Greater excavation depths up to 8.5m deep can be achieved due to the ability to add additional shoring plates within the second guide rail.

PILE CHAMBER SHORING

This trench shoring system combines trench shoring plates and trench sheets. The pile chamber is the guiding frame for trench sheets and the upper support.

CLEAR OPENING - TIE BACK

Slide Rail can adopt a unique tie back system which enables a clear open excavation for tank installations as well as other large underground structures.

BENEFITS

Slide Rail, is a modular component system that is used in the place of driven tight sheeting or Hydraulic brace shoring systems.

The modern slide rail is a “dig and push” system that allows quick installation of a typical pit or linear system in usually one day.

This “dig and push” feature, in many cases, can greatly reduce the risk of cave-in and trench collapse that is common in Open Trench excavation methods. This also giving additional safety to adjacent structures and personnel.

Due to the modular nature of the system the components can be used to form a unique design within a varied range of applications. Installation can be undertaken quickly utilising a comparatively smaller sized excavator due to the reduced weight and easier handling of the individual Slide Rail components.
